When you register, Uplift Chess uses your name, email and phone number to process your registration and communicate about your Program. Payment details are processed by Razorpay; Uplift Chess stores the payment reference and registration status, not your card details.
We use a signed referral cookie for up to 30 days to attribute bootcamp purchases to a promoter. It stores a promoter code and expiry, not your contact details. We also count public page views and approximate browser visits using a signed, anonymous cookie that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. These traffic records contain a session identifier, page path, time and promoter code when applicable; they do not contain names, email addresses, phone numbers or IP addresses. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for this traffic measurement. Payment attribution is retained with the order. Promoter reports do not expose your contact details. WhatsApp enquiries are sent only when you choose to send the prepared message. With your optional permission, we use Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure advertising visits, checkout starts and verified purchases. Meta receives browser/click identifiers, browser and network information, and purchase amount, currency and order reference. We do not send participant names, registration phone numbers or email addresses to Meta. Optional advertising tracking is off until you accept and respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.
